1. Subject and Status of the Service
1.1. The Service provides technical access to third-party artificial intelligence models via a software interface (API), including models without built-in censorship restrictions (uncensored).
1.2. The Service acts solely as a technical proxy bridge. The Administration is not the creator of the models and does not have the technical ability to perform pre-moderation, filtering, or modification of requests and responses.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties
2.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, correctness, safety, or quality of the generated content.
2.2. The Administration shall not be liable for any losses or consequences arising from the use of the Service.

3. User Responsibility
3.1. The User bears sole and full responsibility for any submitted requests and generated content.
3.2. The User agrees not to use the Service to commit illegal acts, create malware, conduct cyberattacks, or engage in fraud.
3.3. If claims are brought against the Administration by third parties due to the User's actions, the User undertakes to settle them entirely at their own expense and compensate the Administration for all losses.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds
4.1. Access is paid for through cryptocurrency payment gateways.
4.2. If the Service operates properly, all payments are final and non-refundable.
4.3. Refunds are possible exclusively if the service was not provided due to technical reasons on the part of the Service (e.g., server failure or downtime).
4.4. The User guarantees that the cryptocurrency used for payment is not derived from illegal activities.

5. Final Provisions
5.1. The Administration reserves the right to block a user's access at any time without explanation in the event of a threat to the operability of the Service and its users.
5.2. By beginning to use the Service and/or paying for a subscription, the User unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use and confirms that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
5.3. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice to the user.
5.4. The new edition of the Terms comes into force upon its publication on the service.
5.5. The user is obligated to independently and regularly check the current version of these Terms.
5.6. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the updated version by the user.
